Whether you’re dealing with limited flexibility, balance goals, or have never tried yoga before, the fabric supports your weight so you can focus on gentle movement and breath.

Our introductory class moves at a relaxed pace with options for every comfort level. Your teacher has been teaching yoga for over 25 years, is a retired Physiotherapist, and understands all body types. Her expertise and instruction helps you trust the hammock while experiencing familiar movements in a new way. Many participants find that poses that feel challenging on the mat become surprisingly accessible with the hammock’s assistance.
