Plan your trip:

Book your flight to SJO, San Jose, Costa Rica and start your pre-immersion journey with a Deep Dive (zoom call with Hemalayaa) two to three weeks prior to arrival.

Receive a welcome email with instructions on how to prepare for your time, OMwork (homework) and a suggested packing list.

 Get support with the details of your stay such as car rental, driver and taking the bus, etc.

Pack and get ready.

We will pick you up from SJO airport and take you to “The Grounding Spot,” a cozy room in our home, only a 25-minute drive.

Hemalayaa's retreat was a peak experience for me.

 ” It was an all women retreat in a part of Costa Rica that felt really special. The land was lush and beautiful. You can tell they have put an enormous amount of love into the place. I felt so well taken care of the entire time. Hemalayaa was a dreamy host and led us in some beautiful and transformative experiences. We took a couple of day trips to waterfalls and the beach as well. The nearby town is charming and had both great authentic Costa Rican food and a health food store where you could get nut milk and things like that. I also had, no joke, the best Indian food of my life in Atenas. It felt like we experienced the best of Costa Rica. And also, the chef at the retreat was incredible and we ate like Queens!
